Troubles from clients
China telecom Shanwei branch became interest in led display, however the trouble they faced was that they did not know any technology or installation. Especially for installation details, they were going to focus on this increasingly. Led display is different from Lcd display. Led display belongs to engineering project, like they said to us “how to make sure safe and steady installation?”, and considering the shanwei city is near by sea, so the waterproof and anti-rot technics are very important.

At the end of Oct in 2006, we delivered a 120sqm outdoor full color LED display P20 to Shanwei city of China. In order to solve clients’ problems, our company first assigned 2 framework engineers to examine earth situation of installation place, and then designed frame structure, frame structure includes main frame and base design, according to different earth situations, our engineers decided to input suitable concrete to fasten the pillar root. And from whole pillar? design, the design of framework must be proportioning. No matter exterior parts and interior PCB of led display, we deal with all by waterproof and anti-rot.
With the development of full color LED display, intense visual effect and advanced function have already inspired more and more customers to pursue top-quality and beautiful LED display. The outdoor LED display with pitch 20mm was installed by single pillar in a cross road, and the display mainly broadcasts commercial advertising, political affairs, movies and other entertainments. It is no doubt that our display can attract a lot of people, and enrich life.
